Everything at The Food Architects is a 10/10 for me. From the initial phone call to set up service, to the person that drops it off and especially to the incredible food I cannot recommend them enough. We hired Food Architects for an event at Rutgers to cater sandwiches and wraps for our organization, and they knocked it out of the park. The breads were fresh, fillings were flavorful, and there were plenty of options for different dietary needs. Portions were generous, delivery was right on schedule, and the whole process was smooth. Our group was genuinely impressed. We’ll be using them again!
We have used The Food Architects for our department holiday party 2 years in a row (The Rutgers Foundation) and they are amazing! They have many options for a wide variety of food preferences. The potato salad is a must have! They make catering so simple with delivery/setup/material pickup. Highly recommend!

The catering and service from The Food Architects is truly incredible! I planned a backyard style wedding and Samantha worked with me to plan everything from the setup of the tent, chairs, tables, linens to the food catering and desserts. Sam was so knowledgeable in planning everything! The food quality is amazing...everything was delicious and perfectly prepared for our wedding. I would very highly recommend The Food Architects!

I have used Food Architects professionally for many years, catering small meeting breaks, luncheons, conferences, and evening receptions -- I even personally hired them to cater a small wedding in my backyard. They creatively accommodate every setting, are considerate of any/all dietary restrictions (I'm vegan!), and work within your particular budget. The food is always delicious, and the staff, to a person, are incredibly professional, unintrusive, and kind.
Before I booked the Oldwick Manor for a Graduation Party, I contacted their in-house caterer to make sure The Food Architects could accommodate my needs within my budget. I need not have worried! Samantha of the Food Architects was absolutely amazing and extremely responsive. She patiently listened to my vision and we put together a menu that was just perfect. I incorporated all her suggestions and the party was fabulous. The food is unique and delicious! Many people asked for the name of the caterer and almost everyone remarked about how incredible the food was! The Oldwick Manor is beautiful and spacious. We recently had the pleasure of working with The Food Architects for an event serving our senior community of over 100 people, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with true professionalism and care. First, the package price was extremely fair and offered amazing value for the quality and quantity of food provided. The food itself was outstanding—tasty, well-seasoned, and perfectly suited for our senior guests. The portions were generous, and our attendees absolutely loved every dish. It’s not often you find catering that delivers both flavor and consistency at this level! We ordered package that included Turkey(White & Dark meat), Stuffing (with Sausage & one with Vegs), Green beans (whole), Yams, Mash Potatoes, Salad, Gravy, Cranberry, Infamous Pumpkin pie and Apple pie!!! A huge thank-you goes to the delivery and setup team, Lenny and Ezra, who were punctual, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled everything smoothly and made the setup stress-free for us. We also want to acknowledge Samantha, the administrator, who was a true pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly, responded quickly to our questions, and helped ensure every detail was handled flawlessly. Overall, The Food Architects exceeded our expectations in every way.
